I'm 5,1 roughly 110lbs, the small fit perfectly. I wore it under a dress to get an 80's Cyndi Lauper look for a costume party. It made my look exactly what I was going for, I received compliments all night long. I've only worn it once and can attest that the fabric held up for the night, the stitching seems like it is of good quality as well. Great price for what you get! This fits perfectly and the stretch means you have room for error when picking a size. I would go a size smaller than your usual, actually. The length is perfect, and as other have mentioned, the petticoat is adjustable by wearing higher or lower, depending on need. The color is just as it appeared on screen.
