I do wings on these. I cook wings in a pan until they need just another 30 minutes in the oven before placing them on the crisper. I just rest the crisper on the rack and a pan beneath to catch the drippings. The wings get that nice fried texture once the fat liquifies and drips from the skin.I only wish I didn't have to get the rack dirty, but the warm air needs to surround the food.

I feel good to use this product. I dont need to use oil anymore. Potato Fried, Wings, Chicken no oil at all . More healthy.
