Both Sides Of The Fence 3
To start this book is worth reading. Everybody intertwined in this book really went through some ordeals. Ashley really did need a personality check. She really thought her poop didn't stink and nobody could do anything to stop her from doing the dirt she was issuing out. Alex was really nosy and he did a great thing for his twin to keep up with her when she felt like she didn't have to answer to nobody. Wallace finally learned why his father put him out of the house; I thought somebody from the family should have tried harder to find him. Wallace went looking for answers to his questions about James/Jerry and the answer he found he really regret it but then he was furious with father and learned about James' father who started this whole mess. I am glad that Shawn told the children the truth even though they went through so much turmoil before he let them know everything they needed to know about his past life and their father. This book is very good and it makes you really think about the secrets we keep from our family and don't think that nobody will find out. I have learned through this reading that the secrets will come out from under the rug sooner rather than later. And you don't want to wait too long because when it hit the fan everything goes awry.

Pope really showed out on this Series
Let me start off by saying that M.T. Pope did a spectacular job in the "Both Sides of the Fence" 3 part series. For this to be the authors first time at writing he blew me away with his imagery, drama, explosive action, and incredible ability of creating stories within a story to tie each character into one another. He exposed the very pain that one can endure when we hold on to secrets. I was so engulfed in this story that I found myself waking up in the middle of the night just to read because I just had to know what was going to happen next. I kid you not; Mr. Pope did a great job tying up the loose ends of the Black family. James was my most hated character since the beginning. I just couldn't understand his motives, his anger, bitterness and down right evil spirit but by the end of part 3 I was able to understand a little better and I actually empathized with him. I wanted to reach inside the book and just hug him and give him a second chance at life. Just like with Part 1 & 2 I laughed, I cried, and I was angry but I never stopped reading. This is a MUST read if you have read the other 2 books. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.KharizmahBook Reviewer for IpenBooks10/2011

Actual Rating 3.5 stars - OMGosh!!!
Both sides of the Fence 3 - Loose Ends is appropriately titled. When I learned a third book was coming out, I wondered why? The character we had all grown to hate - James/Jerry Parks was dead. So, what could the author possibly still have to say? Well, it is the "loose ends" in our lives that causes the havoc. Being a christian, (yes, I read the series - Don't Judge Me!) there were parts or scenes wherein I felt guilty, dirty, shameful, appauld, sickened and downright shocked to be reading. At the same time, I was totally engaged. There are situations that are a bit far fetched, a ton of grammatical errors, at times it was too confusing trying to keep all the relationships straight - Who's on First - type of situation - but, with all of that said the story will make you go Hmmmm...It will bring forth emotions in you and stir something on the inside (to each it's own as far as what emotions or feelings). Which one of James' children was more like him? Was James as evil as we believed (I'll answer that - Heck Yeah). But, there were circumstances that are explained in this novel that will somewhat give you empathy for the character. In the end, the message of God's will for each of us of "Life and Life more Abundantly" is well demonstrated. My rating is such because of the confusion, and grammatical errors, YET, it is a book well worth reading!

OMG! 5 Star Reading!
This third book did not disappoint! The author gives you a synopsis of Book 1 & Book 2 before you start reading Book 3 just in case you forgot any character or any situation! The book picks up with the children are in college and one of them is leading the life of their father, James. How they say, Sins of the father are being passed down to the child! It has all the makings of good read, blackmail, betrayal and even has church in it! This book will show you how life is one big circle and that everyone that crosses your path is for a reason! Can't wait to read more by this author! The story lines are off the chain! I read this book in 2 days on my kindle! Couldn't put it down! Glad two of my co-workers told me about it! This is good reading!

OUTSTANDING
This was an outstanding book by M T Pope. The book was action packed and drama filled, and it truly lived up to the name: Both Sides of the Fence: Loose Ends!! - What a web of love, lies and distrust. This book captured them all. For those who have not read Both Sides of the Fence 1 and 2, the author gives a very good synposis of those books at the beginning of this book. Once you start this book, you will not want to put it down!! I read it in 2 days, and was kind of upset when it ended, because it sooooh GOOD!! Purchase this book, and tell everyone you know that likes to read to purchase it also!!

let james rest
its crazy how even after his death james is still causing havoc in the lives of others. his actions effected so many people that it carried on well after his death. his father was at the root of all the issues. it was good that the family came together in the end and tried to live together with no issues

Tying up the loose ends
Just when you think M.T. Pope can't outdo his previous novel, he makes you put your own foot in your mouth. Book 3 didn't disappoint at all, and it did tie up some loose ends. But as I say and in the words of Angelina Jolie (on Mr. & Mrs. Smith) "A happy ending is an unfinished story". Can't wait to read your future novels.
