Compact, simple, and fun
This is a fun way to dress up veggies! The spiralizer makes two sizes of flat "noodles" that can be used in salads, baked crispy, or served as pasta. It's wonderful for raw zucchini, and tonight I used it on a sweet potato.I've had another spiralizer similar to this (a different brand), and this seems comparable. The blades are sharp. I use blade-safe gloves to protect my fingers while using it, which makes it quick and fast. You can also buy bigger machines that do the same thing, but I definitely prefer this because it's compact and simple.Cleanup is easy, too.This won't give you continuous long strands unless you have a vegetable of a very uniform shape and size. I mostly get 2-3" strands, which suits me fine.I received this in exchange for my honest review.
