Clubman Jumbo Styptic Pencil, 1 Oz

This review could honestly probably go for any stypic pen….I didn’t know they existed until stumbling around the internet trying to find out how to stop razor cuts from bleeding. This works instantaneously! There is a slight burn when you apply it, but the bleeding stops immediately, and won’t reopen.I shave my whole head, and occasionally get a nick, I use this right away, it stops the bleeding. Even if I shower directly after shaving, this isn’t a cream or lotion that will wipe off and start bleeding again, it actually causes the vascular in your scalp to close up and prevent further bleeding. This one pen will probably last me decades….I couldn’t be happier

Accidents happen, and should you nick yourself while shaving this Styptic Pencil will stop the bleed in it's tracks! No longer will a person have to use a piece of tissue on their skin to try and stop the bleed. This product is time tested, inexpensive, and it works!

I've been using styptic pencils for years since someone recommended them to me after they spotted two pieces of toilet paper on my face because I forgot I placed 'em there due to cuts when shaving. The thing I like most about this one is that it's very large. A lot of styptic pencils are not much bigger in width than a pencil and wear down fast. The jumbo-sized styptic pencil last a long time, though. If you've never used a styptic pencil before, know that you'll experience a little sting when using one on the cut. That's normal, though. And, it stops bleeding fast. Depending on the size of the cut, you may need to apply more than once. But, it definitely works.

Long lasting and stops bleeding

This product seems to do what a styptic pencil should do. Easy enough no? Well, apparently not because my last styptic pencil was the Alum Styptic Pen - Styptic Alum Stick. It's diameter was slightly larger than a that of a ball point pen - which makes it rather narrow. Because of that it tends to self erode and just "disappear" after very few uses. The jumbo, on the other hand, being beefier, seems like it will last for a longer period. And it does get the job of staunching blood flow done. I like it 100%.Oh, and I also tried the "roll-on" supposedly "styptic" product, "Nick Stick". Useless and a waste of money and space in my storage area. It did absolutely nothing to clear up a bleeding nick. But it was neat. Don't waste money on this one.
