This was a little tight at first. I needed help getting it on and off. As time went by, I could get it on by myself but needed help removing it. Now it has been used enough I can shower independently. Just have to be very careful taking it down over the lumens in the PICC line. It seals against the skin and does not allow for water to seep into the sleeve. It allows for full flexibility of my arm. I take long showers and exit with dry dressing. It takes a bit of time to break it in as one size fits all. But after a period of time, it is more comfortable. It will be tight and will cut into circulation if left on for too long. Until you break it in, make sure you have help.

This sleeve worked well when I hd a picc line in my upper right arm. It did take 2 people (myself and another) to pull it into place, but it did keep my arm dry.

I’ve had a picc line for 3 years and tried many shower covers. In my mind, this is clearly the best, most reliable option as long as u keep a few things in mind.1) u still need to use tape. use tape around the top and bottom edges and be diligent about it to make a completely water proof seal. The best tape to use, I’ve found, is the 3m PLASTIC medical tape. Must be plastic2) it will eventually tear. No matter how careful u are putting it on and taking it off, it will eventually tear down the seams. It will last several months, probably up to 6 months if you’re lucky, but from my experience will eventually fail somewhere. I was disappointed at first but now I just try to make it last as long as I can and am fine with reordering a new one every 6 months or so. It’s still cheaper than using disposable and much more reliable than either disposable or lesser quality options on the market. I think of it like all my Apple products. I continue to buy them because I like the products, but I know eventually they will get old and tired, and be lifted into Apple device heaven.

This worked well initially, but then tore on the side as the stitching on the side is too thin. They did replace it for me but the replacement just after a few weeks tore again on the side. For the price the quality is poor and cannot keep paying for product tearing on the side.

The biggest problem was getting the thing on. I needed help with that. Not a drop of water got past it, however, I only used it once because the hospital gave me a port and removed the picc line so now it's just sitting in my drawer.
