Lightweight, compact, versatile, handy and effectiveI
I'm replacing 60 pounds of dumb bells. I need something that's effective, versatile, easy to use and move from place to place, in my house, or to the park or elsewhere. This is that product. You could even pack the gym to go on vacation! It's very useful for beginners, helpful for more advanced, you can build up tone, maintain and improve.

They feel very fragile. I'm worry they will snap if I hold them for a long time during my exercise routine.
