I am on my fourth day and no change yet. No reduced bloating no weight loss and no more energy. The package should have better directions. It just reads take upon waking. So I assume this means it is to be taken once a day. If so it should state that. I just read the Q&A and it reads twice a day if that is the case it should state that on the package. I like the taste. I am really hoping I see an improvement soon otherwise it would be a waste of money. I am rating a 3 since maybe I haven't taken it long enough yet.

Definitely will not purchase this product again. I purchased 2 bags to make it through the 21 days, drinking 2 cups per day as directed. I went to the bathroom (urination) more than I would have liked during business time, a great inconvenience. To top it off, I received no results. I am an avid tea drinker (green, chamomile, burdock, holy basil, dandelion, lotus, etc.) and just as well could have done without the extra tea with no results. Will not reorder.

I love this product. First of all, I am from Africa and I tried different flavors of tea, including Regular tea, Green tea, Black tea, Moringa tea and the combination of all these, from our own small farm. I can’t tell for sure what other ingredients are in there, but I think Moringa is in there, because it helps for fast bowel movement. When I tried this product First day, I did not feel anything. Second day after noon I did feel little cramp, and worked very well. I love and I recommend for everyone.

I'm on my 3 day drinking the tea but do it suppose to make you go to the rest room or is it just for what it says

Good product, lasts for the 21 days. I didn't see as good of results and I have with other products though

I've only drink it twice. However it does make me have to use the bathroom right away. I mixed it with organic milk. It just taste like water.

Tastes good but can be a little strong if you put too much tea. I have yet to loose any weight after 4 days. It I'm small anyway. The husband has lost 2 pounds so far. Definitely makes you use the bathroom more often.

I will say it taste ok without sugar. I didnt feel or see anything different. I thought it wouldve had me using the bathroom more but it didnt. And i think they shouldve added a plastic spoon so the teaspoons wouldve be accurate...wouldn't purchase this again or recommend it
