Though if you know people who are in the IT industry who know how to set these up do not buy. Overall the quality of the phone is okay it is in great condition. You have been warned... Unless you know what you are doing.

I purchased this refurb for my home office. Works just like the one in my work office. Couldn't be happier.

The audio quality is very good.

Device is stuck in a boot cycle. It will not connect to network or tftp server. Device never accesses network. The MAC address never shows up in the address table.

The phones I received were very worn and scratch all over.

We've bought quite a few and they've come in good shape. After a quick reset, we are able to set them up and deploy them without any issues
