These are great! They look and operate just like the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells: adjust the dials on the ends for the desired weight, starting at 5 lbs all the way up to 52.5 lbs each. Nothing about them feels cheap; the selectors operate smoothly and don't get hung up at any point. The pair ships as two separate/individual units, so they may arrive on different days (mine were scheduled to arrive one day apart, not a big deal at all).

ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. I bought an adjustable dumbbell that took 2 months to get delivered. Works like a charm with absolutely no issues. This piece if crap constantly would get stuck between weight plates and the knob never turned properly but I figured I would put up with it because of the hassle of trying to get another one. While working out this morning, I went to switch the weight and I tried to quickly take it off the holder to not interrupt my rhythm and the whole thing came up, and then came crashing sown on my garage floor and shattered into a bunch of pieces. I guess you get what you pay for. Garbage.

This adjustable dumbbell is pretty nice, but my biggest surprise was when I received my package there was only one. They are not sold as pairs, which was very shocking to me. I have never used one before but since the gym's are all closed I thought this would be a good purchase to keep working out with. It is not as good as free weights but the price is worth the space savings. It is a little finicky, there is only one way to put it in the holder, so after using it you have to play with it to get it to seat correctly, and god forbid your kids mess with it while your at work, then it can take about 10-15 min to get it seated and adjusted correctly again. Overall I am happy with the purchase and I will probably buy another one so I have two to use.

Bought this to replace a broken Bowflex 552 dumbbell. It is designed exactly like the Bowflex and has similar design flaws that caused me to require a replacement for it, but this one broke within two months. The end dials and the weight discs are incredibly fragile. When you take them apart, you see that all of the weight is born by three plastic tabs on each disc. Those tabs are far too weak to sustain the weight over any long period of time. I have a teenage boy that works out three times a week, and with that amount of usage, those tabs broke off entirely on one end dial and one of the three tabs broke off the other. Even Bowflex realized this issue and made the discs on its 1090 model out of aluminum, but they left the end dials with the same plastic problem. Go figure.Save yourself a lot of headaches and repairs (I'm buying replacement parts as the warranty only lasted 30 days), and buy yourself an adjustable dumbbell set made entirely of aluminum or steel with minimal moving parts (e.g., Ironmaster). Only problem is that all of those are pricey and sold out as a result of the pandemic.

Was not sure how reliable the company/person was when I bought these, however they came through and on time (within the time frame given). The dumbbells work great, I made sure to test them when I got them and have had no issues since.

I bought two of them. Weights aren't useful if you don't use them because they are stored in some out-of-the-way place. These take up very little space, so they can be stored in a convenient place. They seem to be well-made, and I think they'll last a long time.

This product is with the bang. Very good quality , grip and handle is perfect for my size. It has an adjustable lock to hold the weight firmly by itself. It also has a stand to put. what to say, a complete package for my gym in my house.

Great quality, easy transitions. Much cheaper than Bowflex. Arrived quickly, before original date listed.
