Ordered as a gift. The puzzle print came out even clearer and brighter than expected for just a regular photo I took with my 5 year-old android phone. The pieces felt sturdy and fit together nicely. Not a lot of dust. I am very pleased and would definitely order again!

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of this puzzle! The pieces are thick and do not bend. The picture quality is not blurry or pixilated. I would definitely recommend.

A very unique gift!! Added the photo to the order and was able to pick the puzzle name. Came in a plastic bag inside the puzzle box. The box had the photo on it also. Was able to watch my grandkids put the puzzle together. They loved it!! Quality was excellent!!

Nice clear print, puzzle was cut good. A little dusty from the cut, but that's to be expected. It was a little difficult for some of the background because the original was a little blurry in terms of trees in the background so it wasn't any fault of the product itself. I'd recommend a well focused picture throughout and not just the subject matter.

I tried to get a refund because the puzzle looked darker than I would like, and the pieces smelled bad… probably from the ink . The seller encouraged me to put the puzzle together first, which was a good idea, because I wanted to make sure that no pieces were missing. I finished the puzzle today. I found the pieces to be good enough quality, though not perfect, and none were missing. The strong odor minimized on being aired out. I was assured that the ink is non-toxic. The puzzle was printed well enough to easily put together by looking at the original photo image. When finished , the picture looked pretty good… It comes out darker than your photograph, so, if you want it brighter… You have to adjust your photo. I thought mine was bright enough, being an outside scene, but it might’ve been better if I would have adjusted it. I’m pretty happy with it, and I believe it will be a decent gift. Not a complete waste of money, as I had stated before. However, it would be an improvement if they would put a glossy finish on the puzzle for protection and shine. I believe this would make the puzzle look better, and possibly brighten the image. Old review: My uploaded photo was crisp and clear. The printed puzzle came out dull. The pieces are not high-quality, meaning you might be able to put it together once or twice before it starts degrading. In addition, there was a strong chemical smell coming from the box when I opened it… And the pieces are enclosed in a plastic bag. This is non-returnable, and I am very unhappy with this purchase. This was not cheap to buy, but obviously cheap to receive. I am ashamed to give this as a gift, as was my plan. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!

I used a photo of our kids as a gift for my wife. She loved it. It looked great. The puzzle itself was high quality. Hard to beat.

Purchased for family member who really enjoys puzzles. The puzzle and picture quality was excellent. I would recommend if you’re on the fence. They really loved the gift of a personalized puzzle of a family picture and they had it framed after completing the puzzle.

this was a christmas gift for my daughter pic of great grandchildren. when starting to set out parts of the puzzle pieces are broken but not only that some are just grey cardboads with picture ripped completely off. I have ordered other puzzles with no trouble, but this one is a disaster in manufacturing. Also beware as this company already had memo from me as to why I had to pay custom charges on del. of 25.00$ at the time and it was for this puzzle....so puzzle price and customs this cost a mighty sum. I am not a happy customer today. Have to give it one star or it wont post. but not worth a star. Also no pic of pieces as I sent pics of custom charges and they would not accept those.
