I finally received the cup and I believe it was usps who had all the delays and not the seller. The coffee mug is beautiful and is nice quality. I would purchase again from the seller. Please retract my previous review.

nice cup
it's a nice cup. no visible flaws. my girlfriend loves it. i especially like the font. a little spendy for a coffee cup, but it was a gift. haven't dared put it in the dishwasher yet... don't want to take the chance of it fading.

Arrived broken
Cup was cute and loved it but received it with the handle already in pieces. They did refund me but I wanted the cup in one piece and have been afraid to reorder again.
