10 Madagascar Vanilla Beans Grade A Whole Vanilla Pods for Vanilla Extract and Baking

Though these aren't quite as large as Madagascar beans I've ordered from other companies, they arrived fragrant, fresh, plump, and soft! I wasn't expecting much due to the size, but when I scraped the seeds from one, I got a heaping teaspoon full. Flavor is great, too. Very pleased!

Was very pleased when I opened the package and the smell of vanilla filled the air. I was very happy with the size of the beans which were deep rich in color to match the scent, very fresh and easily sliced for placement in bottles filled with vodka which will become the finest replenishable vanilla extract 12 long months from now.

Great product! I make my vanilla with these and our baked goods are AMAZING!

The vanilla beans are fresh and moist. Note that there are only 10 in a pkg. It looks surprisingly spare when it arrives compared to the picture.

I buy vanilla beans every few years to make homemade vanilla extract. Pros: lovely fragrance, vacuum sealed packaging, beans had a good 'feel' to them- not too dry, not slimy. Cons: some of the beans were quite tiny. Consensus: you get what you pay for so this was probably a good value. I'm happy about the overall quality of the beans, I'll just have to remember to order a few more next time (12-15, not 10).

Nice for homemade vanilla

Vanilla beans are expensive, but you know what else is MORE expensive? Vanilla sugar, pure vanilla extract, vanilla favored versions of your favorite adult beverages....... need I go on?Long and short, these allowed me to make the above products, and at a price point lower than buying the lower grade vanilla been at the local chain-market.The back was vacuum sealed tighly and I was abel to store these untl I was ready to use them. I did wait until I could do several projects at the same time so I would not have to reseal the beans in a new vacuum seal bag.PROs:-great quality (from I can tell)-very reasonable price-well sealedCON's:-may require a vacuum sealer to repackage if you aren't able to use all the beans at one time.
