LOVE THIS BAR! My favorite. 70% is the best ration for me, and this one is delicious. Most other bars and thin and pedestrian. This one is THICC and has interesting break patterns in it. Enjoy the randomness of the snap!

I bought this bar purely because it has been tested to be very low in cadmium which is a known problem in high cocoa content dark chocolates. i can't find these bars locally so i get them on Amazon. I think the taste is great, it's not at all bitter. I like the texture too, it has a sort of crumbly but velvety texture. It's great. I had to take off one star because for some inexplicable reason they have made the bar extremely difficult to break up into predictable sizes. The mold that they use to form the indentations in the bar is irregular. I try to get the same amount of dark chocolate each day but this shape makes it hard. Also, because I have to really torque down on it to break it apart I wind up with chocolate all over my hands. It's actually quite annoying.

This is in my top 3 or 4 chocolate bars in all. It's nice and smooth and dark enough to satiate the pure chocolate taste. I love their design for the bar, but it's also the only annoying thing about it... you can't just break off blocks for eating (melting in your mouth). As prices in stores have been really increasing for these in single bar quantities (up to $7+ locally), this is a great deal.
