I liked the consistency, aroma and cleansing ability. However, it caused major eye irritation. It took a couple weeks for me to put two and two together. But the nights I used it I still had watery stonging eyes the next day, well into the afternoon. I know allergies vary from person to person, but I had to throw the remainder of the product away, which I hardly ever do. I also agree with others about the bulky packaging. I could not close my medicine cabinet door with this jar inside.

Excellent cleanser skin feels soft and smooth afterwards. Removes makeup cleanses well without stripping your skin. No fragrance. I am so happy that I have found cleansing balms I used several brands they are excellent at cleaning. But they are all not the same. This cleansing balm is excellent for removing makeup. Whereas another brand Palmer's I have tried was not good at removing smudge proof makeup. I also like Ponds cleansing balm the excellent at cleansing and removing makeup I'm leaving here skin feeling moisturize however as rose fragrance though I do not find it to be irritating

I decided to try this cleansing balm as an introduction to this type of formula. Pros: Smooth texture, removes all traces of makeup, does not break out my (combination) skin, no residue is left behind after washing off. Cons: bulky packaging, smells ok (this is acceptable because the product doesnt have any added fragrance)

I was leary of ordering a Korean product but the stuff is fabulous! It balances my combination skin perfectly. Doesnt dry or leave you feeling oily, just perfect which is what marula oil is supposed to do. I actually like it better that the $150 stuff I ordered after seeing Jill's steals and deals on the today show. Cant remember the name of it, it was great and came with too other things I still have plenty of and use and I got it for $40 but this stuff is waaaaay cheaper and works better. Love it!

I love this product. I have integrated it into my skin care campaign and am never without it. I alternate this product with several others but consider it a must have for good skin care.

I’ve used this product for a month or more. Haven’t really noticed a difference at all. Smells amazing, and the texture is really nice, but I’ve already stopped using it.

Maintains thick enough consistency while breaking down makeup. Adding warm water melts it away while not stripping moisture from the skin. Makes second step of cleansing process so much better knowing all the makeup is already gone!

Nice way to remove makeup. However, I was planning to give this as a gift, but the package was quite damaged when it arrived. I ended up having to keep it for myself instead.
