This kit has far exceeded my expectations. It came with nearly all the parts and tools needed to perform a quick and smooth brake bleed. Instead of reading the instruction manual, I recommend watching a video on how to bleed your brake model. The parts are made of strong and durable plastic, and I was surprised by the great quality of the syringe. The thread built into the bleed funnel fits all the Shimano brakes that I have bled so far. My only complaint is the container; it is made of very thin plastic, is easy to crack, and is a bit small. Overall, this is a solid kit at a great price.

This is a great kit that supplements the pieces I already have for brake bleeds. There are almost too many pieces included, and I have taken the ones I know I won’t use and store them somewhere else. The fittings and parts are good quality, on par with the Shimano ones. I really like the catch bottle, which is the one part I needed most. I wish it included a longer bleed hose, which is my only reason for the 4-star rating.

This set surprised me with how good it is for the money. So far I have only used the kit to fix a mushy brake lever but it went very smoothly. The syringe is much higher quality than the cheap kit i have for my DOT fluid brakes, and this kit was less expensive. I honestly have no complaints at this price point.

Pretty nice kit. Used it to bleed my Tektro brakes and it worked flawlessly. Only complaint is that the barbs are impossible to get out of the tubing once they’re in, so good luck if you have multiple types of brakes you plan to bleed with this kit.

Quality exceeds what you'd expect for this price point. Made bleeding my Tektro and Magura brakes MUCH easier than their respective (terrible) branded bleed kits. Threaded hose fitting adapters are way better than screwing around with removing/installing barb fittings.One star off because it only includes one threaded adapter and one barb fitting for Magura - two threaded adapters for each brake type would be much better, that way you wouldn't need to remove/reinstall any hose barbs when switching between brake types.

This kit does not work for Shimano brakes. It doesn’t contain any hose inserts or olive fittings. Also the hose block clamp doesn’t work at all, and the instructions are very poorly written and impossible to understand.

This is a great place to start if you want to bleed your own brakes. It is missing a few pieces to bleed some of the currently brakes on the market today. You’ll need a bleeding edge tool for the modern Sram Guide Disc Brakes and another syringe.
