I have looked for years for a device used to make julienne vegetables. I think this is the sixth julienne tool I have purchased. This is a compact little device using no more storage space than a potato peeler. And it works! The Zoodles Maker is very sharp and I don't have to worry about skinned/ knuckles as when I used a mandolin. And it is a fourth the cost of the box-type vegetable slicers found in the gourmet kitchen catalogs.Thank you.

what we can figure out for ourselves it's fine. would like to know how to use it properly and to the best advantage. no help in trying to reach manufacturer.

I absolutely love my new peeler! It is very easy to use, especially when peeling vegetables to make a tossed salad. I also love the fact that it has an ergonomic grip and is made from high quality stainless steel. A word of caution however- the blades are very sharp!

I think I'll get a lot of use out of it, when I figure out how to use it! I really wish I had a instruction sheet with it!
