A bed or anywhere with a stable heat resistant surface will work perfectly.  Plug the Heat Healer in, turn the power on and select the temperature you would like it to be set to.  Lay a towel down first inside the Heat Healer. Lay the cotton body wrap provided on top of the towel. This will absorb any sweat and help you to feel more comfortable throughout the session.  Lay your body into the cotton body wrap first. Then, close the Heat Healer over your body. Enjoy your infrared sauna experience for up to 60 minutes.At the end of your session, we recommend taking a cool shower whilst you allow the Heat Healer to cool down back to room temperature.
