Reasonable price for batteries.
Worked well after charging. Tools still working, but original batteries failed fast. Very happy with these.

Cheap knockoffs don’t buy.
We bought two batteries and neither one will hold a charge. Bought in Oct used one and kept the other on in the original box in used. First one we used about two hours snd went to recharge it snd now nothing. So I got the second one out of the box, placed on charge and nothing at all.

Not compatible with some Ryobi products
These P190 Lithium batteries appear to not be compatible with all RYOBI devices. In my case, they only worked with half of my RYOBI tools. I was going to return the product, but I did not want to pay the shipping costs so I decided to not do that and bring the batteries to a disposal site. Vendor offered to replace the batteries but I declined as I believe that the issue is not with the battery but with the manufacturing specification. The product did arrive on time, was nicely packaged and charged up quickly. The Vendor did issue a refund. I cannot complain about the customer service and their efforts to make right. Great customer service and would order from them again.
