Absolutely love it!!!! Best price, getting another box soon!!Great for diets.Obviously not the same texture as real pasta but does a great job on filling you up. You just gotta use the right seasonings!Use one triangle of those flavored Laughing Cow spread cheese, which is very low in fat, and make a creamy cheese delicious sause.Just saute everything together in a pan until the cheese melts. Add some salt and black pepper and you're good to go!!

Better Texture than others
The texture of this brand is much better that the others I have purchased--it's not a gelatinous mouthful of stuff. In a heated pan it dries quickly and you can cut them with scissors like I do, Add your flavoring, or veggies or shrimp or whatever you want. I use these nearly every day. Give them a try--you'll be happy with them. You don't need to rinse them forever either--I use them right out of the pack.
