Great wood
It made an awesome campfire, good mix of small logs to big ones made starting the fire east and adding fuel.

Good for fireplace
These logs were nice and uniform in length which was nice when trying to get them into my fireplace that is not the largest. The size of them was not as uniform but there was a nice variety of diameters from about 3in to about 5in. Some still had bark on them as well which was nice cause it would add a nice crackling sound while they were on the fire. I highly reccomend these.

Strong vinegar smell, and expensive
I used these to cook some steaks. The wood burned readily and was easy to light. It had a strong smell that worried me at first, but after some research I found that this is common in oak logs. I'll be looking for another source of firewood - local grocery store has bundles of not quite the same quality, but for 1/10th of the price.

These rounds are spectacular!
I am lucky enough to to live near Smoak. This is my first time adding in their rounds. I’m so pleased I did. All smoaks firewood comes perfectly ready to burn and make roaring fires. I use rounds to make the fire burn longer. They’re cut perfect size. I absolutely love them! You might need help moving the box inside. Will absolutely keep ordering

Smells good
The wood burns well, slower than duraglame and it smells so good. The heat output could be better, but I do understand this wood isn't really know for its heat output. But otherwise, a great buy

Quality vs quantity
The wood was nice quality, but I was disappointed in the quantity for the price. It burned up pretty quickly and didn’t put out the amount of heat I had expected. Usually my fireplace insert concentrates the heat, but this wood burned as if it wasn’t thoroughly dried and seasoned.

The Future is Now
I think it is important to note that I never write reviews. In this particular case though, I felt compelled to do so.Every now and then, the Internet reminds you of how sweet she is. What a world to live in and what a time to be alive. With a simply click of a button, Firewood is delivered to your door. Long after the logs had been burnt and all that remained was a dusting of ash on the floor, the realization that I no longer had to bother myself with carting wood from a lonely corner outside of my local grocery store to my home, stuck with me.I would be remiss if I didn’t focus in on the product. In a word, superb. The wood was clearly properly dried and burned long and hot. Not only that, it provided a subtle aroma that the lesser grocery store varieties lack. Finally, the log size allowed for tri-stacking and a subsequent coal bed that allowed for easy feeding of logs.Join the revolution. Order your firewood online.

Fantastic but pricey.
OK, not sure I would buy again, but this is the best firewood I have ever used. You can tell it is kiln dried. No bugs and the wood is extremely clean. The wood burns clean and long and is easy to start the fire. They also include kindling in the box. Now with all this good stuff, i am not sure I would order again based on the price. With that said it is exactly what was advertised and exceeded my expectations. The issue I am wrestling with is $50 for a relatively small box of wood. I used it for the first time last night in a fire and went through about half the box. I can get the crappy grocery store firewood for about three or four bucks. It is not apples and apples and there is definitely a value to this product. What’s the value of the convenience of getting a really good product. I am going to have to wrestle with this.
