The whole thing is made from plastic with the outer handles being foam. It makes it very light and a bit 'naff' looking. The links are still holding though and my son who does martial arts can practice with them at home. You get what you paid for so next time I will spend a bit more and get ones with metal chains

As a Customer I am absolutely unhappy the way my order has come and the way my order has been handled I would of gave 5 stars but the reason for the 1 star is due to the way it’s come through the packaging was absolutely thin and the plastic piece of the mum chucks has been broken I would of at least expected some sort ofQuality but no quality I would of picked this up from a pound shop if I new this was the condition
