The product was inexpensive and it was very quick delivery.

Cleansing lotion is great.With the exception of all the tops were loose and leaking.For the price and economy, we can't afford to lose even an ounce.The last time we bought all the bottles had taped bottle tops>

Delivered package was left outside of front door. Unfortunately, due to intense heat, the contents expanded and leaked out, causing a horrific mess! I had to hand wash and clean all of the bottles and was able to salvage 11 of them. One had leaked completely and was a total loss. I've used this product for many years with complete satisfaction and never had a problem before, but the intense heat is a warning not to order it again in extremely hot weather!

These bottles did not leak!!! So glad I ordered from the Balneol Store! Have been using Balneol for 48 years. Excellent product for my bum!!

Absolutely love this product. Smells great. Works beautifully.

It is by far the most important item in my personal care kit. I even keep one in my daily bag for the office.
