After almost 2 years, the remote control stopped working. I tried to contact the seller 3 times with no response. Amazon is looking into it. Without the remote, it's just a chair. My siblings and I bought this for our mother's 90th birthday. She is very distraught about it not working. It breaks my heart.

Purchased chair for my 94 year old mother to replace her broken reclining chair. I really like the chair (I’m in my early 70s) but my mother prefers more cushion. We tested the chair and it does all things advertised and the size is perfect for her small apartment. If the chair had a little more cushion for my mother’s arthritic bones it would have been perfect.

Motor and controller quit after 89 days. Was for an elderly petite grandmother in the family. Not for regular size adult. Hoping company will send replacement or refund.
