I LOVE this whistling tea pot. I waited too long to buy one while burning pot after pot keeping it on the stove too long being in another room not realizing it was boiling. I was concerned when the reviewer stated it was very light weight that would not suit everyone. But the weight is ideal for me. And filled with water that is enough weight. I love the design, the stainless steel finish is a brushed steel, very elegant, how it functions and most importantly that the whistle is very very loud. Going to the kitchen now to boil water for make a cup of tea is like going to visit…a friend! I absolutely LOVE IT!

This is a perfect little kettle. I have 35oz French press and I only fill up about half the kettle and that’s plenty to fill my press, with lots more room if you have a larger press or whatever your use is for. It functions perfect and has a good sounding whistle. The handle gets warm but not hot, easy to grab. Might not be a fancy one but if you’re looking for an inexpensive and functional kettle, this one is great. Zero complaints.

Love it! Perfect for smaller places. I use it on my motorhome and I can store it even in the box. It’s small but has the capacity of a regular kettle. Absolutely worth the money, great quality as well, looks good too

Tea pot heats up water very quickly, more so than any other teapot I have had. Directions say not to leave water standing in pot, which I do not like, so thus far I have been emptying teapot when not in use, but I perfer to have water ready in it, so will see how this ultimately works out. Also, directions said to wash out with baking soda. All these orders take away from the ease of a teapot, hence 4 stars. The outside of pot wipes off easily, it whistles nicely letting me know water is hot, which I love, and the handle does not get too hot to handle.

This is a small, handy and cheap tea kettle. The metal is very thin and the plastic handle will get hot if you boil water. Do use the whistle spout and keep an eye while in use or the plastic parts will catch fire or melt.

This is a great little kettle. A lot of them look for a similar online but having now received it and used it for a few weeks, there are a couple of features I really like. The handle flips 90°, One Direction but not the other. That gives it some stability when you're filling it. The little lid snaps into place. No slipping out while in use. Finally, the cover for the spout snaps open and snaps closed. Once you get used to it, you start to use it more confidently and because of it's good design, there's very little chance of making a mess or burning yourself. A great little kettle.

Yes tea kettle is one of the worst items I have bought off Amazon in quite some time. Usually I'm happy with what I buy. This cheap kettle has a handle made of plastic which does not stand up like it's supposed to instead it leans over to the right, right into where the heat is coming from the burner and when you go to pick up the plastic handle once the teapot is hot, you burn your hands! And it has the worst sounding whistle ever. It is extremely hard to listen to. It sounds like fingers being drawn across a chalkboard. I rush to turn it off because I can't handle the extremely loud sound that it emits. I've had tons of tea kettles over the years because I am a tea drinker. This one sucks! It is very cheaply made, the metal is very thin, and it's hard to keep the water in the pot after it's been boiling and then put on low to keep hot for other cups of tea. The bottom is very thin and the water boils away quickly inside. I have burned myself several times on this tea kettle. Don't buy it! I have a tea kettle that I bought at a thrift store for 99 cents that's way way better. Save your money and shop elsewhere for a tea kettle. I gave one star because it can boil water inside. You just burn the crap out of your hands when you try to pick it up, is all.

The handle keeps dropping and hot. Need gloves or anything to cover the handle everytime I grab it
