No more pinholes in my good scarves. This clever magnetic "button" is a good solution for typical silk or faux silk scarves. I also used it to turn one of my collars into a kind of Mandarin collar by turning the color up and fastening the two sides together with the magnetic button. A extra bonus is that the button is two-sided with a different design on each side, so you are really getting two different buttons for the price of one.

Will work on thinner fabric. My intent was to use it to hold a medium weight hip wrap for over a dance leotard. Good idea and a nice looking product however didn't work for me.
