good quality .
good quality works well , this my second one as i have two solar setups one is a 24v inverter and in my garage a 12v inverter.

Used in my Motorhome
I bought this to install in my Rapido 7.4m 4 berth Motorhome so I can use 240volt on >>> a low wattage kettle, the 700w microwave (1100w input), toaster, etc.I have only test connected this up to my 3 x 115Ah batteries to try out. I plugged in a 2Kw fan heater and it worked very well. And tried a 3Kw kettle that also ran as it should and boiled the water. I used the remote unit to turn on and off the inverter. I used 2m length 25mm sq cables from the batteries that was getting warm so I will increase this to 35mm sq cable on the final installation. The remote control unit is a nice addition and as well being able to remotely turn the inverter on/off it shows the power (votlage) of the batteries by a small row of coloured LED's.I'm very happy that this inverter works as intended and give it 5 stars.

Big and heavy but it works
Not had many inverters to compare this to. It obviously works as an inverter just fine. The remote control is just an ethernet cable with a button on the end which is a bit rubbish but does work fine. The cables to connect it to a battery are way too short but also work fine.

Excellent product.
Fitted in my motorhome to replace the original one fitted which I burnt out beyond repair when removing mains wires from a plug socket and I had not realised they were live. No indication on my old one to show it was on. This has a remote which you fit in an easy to view location to monitor on/off battery levels. Easy to install. Good value for the money paid. Does what I require. Smaller and takes up less space than my old one. Downside and a small one at that. The strip provided to earth on vehicle is to short but I put a slightly longer one on and that did the job

NOT Pure sine wave >>>>>>> Will eventually kill a Fridge/Microwave etc.
I have provided a few "hurried so excuse the setup" proof pictures.Spoiler alert:It is NOT PURE SINE WAVE INVERTER but a half half output. It will eventually murder anything with a motor (Fan, Normal Fridge, Microwave)It drains soo much power in it's soft-off state that it will 1/2 flatten your car/van battery in 24 hrs when you haven't even used the inverter! In plain English (nothing techie):The black/grey meter's screen's image "should" look like waves "flowing" AKA Pure not "jumping" up and down AKA modified .You can see the correct "pure waves" pattern on the left most image against the brick wall (That's me running a paint stripper AKA red-hot high-power device) where it and the black/grey meter are both plugged into a real plug socket in my garage AKA real home supply electricity... That's what the meter's screen should look like for a Pure Sine Wave inverter.Compare that to the same type of setup in the middle image where the meter etc. are sitting on top of and thus plugged into this CarryBatt inverter box... The meter's screen is showing a huge "jump" in each step on the screen proving that the inverter's electric output is NOT pure/smooth.The image in the right image is a different inverter I just ordered as this CarryBatt one is obviously no use.The problem is that people purchase this, thinking it's pure sine wave, plug their equipment into it and see that the equipment runs nice... What they don't know, because they don't have the test kit above, is that it's not pure sine wave so is slowly and surely killing what they have plugged into it. You can buy a non-pure-sine-wave inverter they are called modified-sine-wave inverters for around 1/4 to 1/3 of the price of pure sine wave ones so this is a total con.A bit more techie:Black box is an oscilloscope (measures frequency and pattern of electric wave AKA pure or not pure)Orange meter tells real volts of battery (yes it was a bit low "less than 12" but well within bounds)Orange meter also shows, on same screen when set as such, how many amps the unit is pulling "around 120 Amps at that time of running the hot paint stripper" 120Amps * 12Volts means the paint stripper was running at around 1,500Watts at the time.Note the oscilloscope struggling to define the frequency (should be about 50hz) of the inverter AKA reads around 20.18khz.The inverter actually pulls enough power "when turned off using the remote control" to basically 1/2 flatten the average van battery in 24hrs. Turning it off at the physical rocker switch on metal face panel does work though. (For anyone interested in the stats, it was pulling 1.5AH from the battery, measured via the clamp meter, when turned off using only the remote panel so that "1.5Amps*24hours = 36Amps" >> An average car battery is around 80 amps).

Inverter
Very pleased with the said product but all cables far to short had to go and spend more money having cables made up

Amazing and easy to set up
Setup complete running off 2*100w panels off epever 30 amp controller via 12v battery, sealed, lights all up n running, just tried my Bosch 1000 w lawnmower via the carrybat, boom running flat out(not cutting grass) I may have to consider battery 2, for those oops 🤞brill so far ….UPDATE 4/9/21Inverter smoked today……really cheesed off as had become used to excellent product, not abused, never started using properly till July on purchase of suitable controller[as shown above] have tried contacting Carrybatt today , so guess ill just have to wait……not happy😈😭Update 11Guys at Carrybatt top draw, once we both understood what brought about the blown MOSFETs, all good with full refund, good luck.

Pretty good
Was able to power a PC and a laptop. This is rated for 1000W but when trying to power a 500W portable heater, it just cut out after 1 second.
