Q: it is supported 9th generation or not i5 9600k or not

According to ASRock's documentation, it supports 9th generation processors with a max. TDP of 65W. For example, the 65W i5-9400 is supported.

Q: Are there any more USB ports in the back?

There are 2 USB ports on the back panel. There is 1 USB port on the front panel. However, there are cutouts on the top side the will allow use of an optional 2 USB port cable. It is inserted onto a USB header on the main board. This will give a total of 5 USB ports. I am using this option and it works well!

Q: will it run older versions of windows ?

It should...yes...at least Wind 8 AND 7

Q: Was this supposed to come with the vesa mount? Mine did not have one in the box.

Vesa mounts are a separate purchase
