I need at least one, for future use, so won't get caught short when the working one ends it's time of life in the refrigerator. The price was less then when I purchased a yr. or so ago. Made sure all the numbers on the box matched the one in use. And they do!!

We have ordered this product before - the first time we ordered, it was a little difficult to install - now we had no problems with installation.

With all the complaints about other non-LG replacement filters leaking I was a bit hesitant to no purchase the OEM LG filter. This one seemed to get the best reviews so I tried it. Easy to install and best of all....no leaks! We primed like the instructions said and the water and ice taste the same as with the original LG and at a much better price. I can totally recommend the Purity Pro filter.

I have ordered this filter many times and have had good results every time. It arrived as promised and it is significantly less expensive than the same product from Sears.

Not sure how much this purifies the water tastes off now

Not easy to take out, but easier to put in at least. I think the water has a taste even if you let liters of water go in the sink after having changed it. a pity for the planet.

Installed easily, had slight metallic tast at first that seems to have cleared up or I got used to it.
