Very good !!
I've been using this power supply in my HP Zbook laptop for a few months now. I've very pleased with it. It does not get too hot (as I read in other reviews), in fact it gets cooler than my original one. It is pretty much the same size and weight comparing with the original. I do recommend it if you need a spare (like me) to have in your laptop bag.

Started on Fire
The metal part that you plug into the laptop started on fire while my son was using it. Fortunately he is safe and acted quickly and nothing else ended up on fire. I contacted the company for a refund and replacement (and if the laptop is damaged a replacement for that) and it took 72 hours for them to tell me they’d only refund the old one if I bought a new one. Fortunately Amazon took the return. Buyer beware. Clearly a safety issue and the company didn’t seem phased by the fact that it started on fire. Unbelievable.

This item sparked when plugged into power strip. The cord was destroyed.
