Arrived a little while ago. Very cold water. Bad packaging for 10 day shipment. We will watch for a few hours to see if they happen to be alive ... doubt it. Very unhappy.Update *** 2 managed to survive ... to my amazement.

I ordered these in January 2021 for the beta fish and marimo moss ball tank I have in my classroom. I was very nervous when they arrived because the heating pack in the box was hard and cool and the water was quite cold. They sent 4 snails instead of 3 and to my surprise ALL 4 were alive and are thriving. This week, we found a clutch in the lid of our tank. My students were thrilled... Even more... It seemed like a couple of the snails were busy making more during class that day. LOL

Came WAY before I had expected. Delivery said February and it’s just a few days later. I don’t even have the 20 gallon tank I planned on them going into fully set up yet! But. I Just got these little guys in a bit ago. I transferred them to my tank as soon as possible because it is about 50 degrees outside. Immediately one snail took off - very active. Another one is moderately active. The third one... not sure if alive. But it does say to wait for 24 hours for them to “snap out of it”. We will see. Either way these guys were bigger than I expected but the size I had hoped. I was only expecting one or two to survive shipping based on a few other reviews. Shipping live aquatic animals is hit or miss. The packaging for shipment was spectacular. I’ve seen fragile glass items packaged with less care. I will for sure be ordering from this seller again.

Received my 3 snails today. They were packaged with care, and out and moving. Second time I have ordered mystery snails from SevenSeaSupply. Typically these snails live for a year, the last of my old guys died at a ripe age of 20 mos. I would whole heartily recommend SevenSeaSupplys. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a solid 12!

Opened as soon as the package arrived since I’ve been waiting about 2 weeks for this. They arrived in murky stinky water. 2 are for sure dead and floating at the top of the water. I’ll wait the next couple hours before I claim the other 2 are dead. The shells look in bad condition as well. Even if they were alive I still would be disappointed in how they look. There’s splotches and scratches all over the shell and you can see they haven’t had enough calcium as their shells are deteriorating.Update: 3 out of 4 were dead.

I Received 3 snails within 3 days of ordering. They came in a bag within a box with a wrapped up heating pad that was rock hard. The water in the bag was Murky and beyond gross but temperature of water seemed fine . I find it hard to believe that water can be that gross after 3 days . I’ve ordered snails and shrimp online before and never had water look that way. All the snails were tucked up tight in shell. I rinsed off snails with distilled water. 11 days later and they still have not moved nor shown any signs of life. I reached out to seller after 7 days of non movement and heard nothing. I know snails take some time to adjust but all 3 are completely lifeless!

This is my second snail order, and SevenSeaSupply ships quickly and securely. There was even an extra little friend in the order ;) I will without a doubt buy more snails from them, and with confidence.

I was skeptical to purchase living creatures but they arrived fine all 3 alive. They are thriving and our glofish take has never been cleaner which is why we purchased them. They are very active and hardworking!
