Sorry, I had hit the submit button on my other review before I was finished. I was born Barefoot, and I remain that way as much as possible. I am retired so that is quite often. My heel is thickly calloused. It's going to take a couple of uses to get my heel in pretty good shape. But this callus remover works great! I have been using the petty egg for years, but you can cut yourself using that. I have no worries with this callus remover. I use this, and then the heel stick, and wear a sock on my foot to bed. Yes, I know, I've been using singular form here. This is intentional, because I am an amputee.I did have a small issue with my Naressa Callus Remover, and I contacted customer service through email. I received a response within a couple hours, and by the next day the problem was solved. They are great people to work with, who have an awesome product!

I've never owned a callus remover until now. The concept of grinding away callus is great. This particular product is well executed and packaged nicely. The black body has a nice rubbery texture to it for gripping.This battery-powered unit is powerful enough for the most part. You can see dust (ground callus) coming off the heel which is strangely satisfying. The grinder head (replaceable) does wear off and quickly you would want to replace the batteries. I wish there was an option for plug-in power. But for occassional use, I guess I am not complaining.The only reason it's not a 5-star for me is that the power slider switch on my unit does not seem to want to stay in the ON position. No detent click. During use it keeps shutting itself off due to vibration. Not sure if it's a defective unit.

Worked great for a couple weeks but now seems to be very weak and running on low battery even with fresh batteries. Was going to return but missed the return window by 3 days.

This works very well, but I am still looking for a electric one. I don't lie using batteries so I will keep looking. Do U have an electric model ? This says it is electric but it runs on batteries. Why is this called electric?

I have owned and used these drills for years, I'm pretty sure I've hit all the brands by now especially the main ones like Amope. This little drill here is the best I've tried yet and much easier on my hands when I'm using it. I have tremors in my hands so sometimes the vibration as I'm using this on my feet can cause pain and tremor increase but this one is so different in design and that means it's more spread out in my hand making it so much simpler. My feet have never been better either, so much better than everything else I've tried on the market. It's also a lot easier on the wallet. Quality product for quality pricing, that equals pretty perfect to me.

I just received this today and it's already back in the box waiting to be returned tomorrow morning! I was excited to get this and use it - sadly it worked (OK) for about 10 min then started going really slowly - you could barely press it to your foot and the head would stop spinning. So I took out (the new batteries it comes with) and put in some new duracells of my own. Same thing - worked (ok - not great) for like 10 min than started slowly down to the point it wasn't sloughing off anything!! I won't say it's a piece of crap - it does look nice - it just can't do the job... my search continues.

This is the best purchase I have ever made in my entire life. I had the driest most calloused feet from wearing primarily ballet flats with no socks for 15 years. I have tried extra strength lotions, gotten professional pedicures and nothing worked. The skin was so rough that I haven’t had feeling in my heals for at least 5 years. After 40 minutes my feet are now smooth with no obvious dryness. I felt the texture of the floor for the first time. I know this is funny but it actually works. If it can work on my feet it can work on anyone’s. Buy this product you won’t be dissapointed!

Unfortunately I let my heels go too long without pedicure so they feel a little thick. It's the lease favorite thing I like to do. Used once so far and it did improve the heel. I no longer get pulls on pantyhose. I do like the extra coarse roller heads so I purchased extra. When heels get that thick I use this to smooth the heel, which works perfectly, As it gets warmer I will maintain every week.
