Although the gel pads work well to support my arches they won't stick in all of my shoes. If the lining of my shoe is cloth the pads won't stick. They stick very well to linings that are a rubber or plastic type material.

I kept them but they’re a little hard for some reason. I tucked them under the innersole that came with my sneakers and they work. Alone in a sandal they hurt but with a cushion over them it’s ok. It may be just my foot. I have a really turned foot

These would likely work well on smaller feet, but I am a size 15 mens. They are what I was looking for, but are so small to accommodate a one-size-fits-all approach that they end up feeling like I have a rock in my shoe. If they were 25% or maybe even 50% larger, they would probably have been perfect. I may try adding a layer of some dense foam to them to try and achieve that.

I've tried others that were difficult to situate in the shoe and didn't provide enough arch support. These are the answer to those. I'm very happy I tried them. The adhesive is forgiving of a few misplacements, and the gel is very soft and cushiony.

I am a nurse, on feet for 12-13 hours a night. My lower back was always killing me. My chiropractor advised me to get some fancy foot inserts for arch support.. Were gonna cost me almost $300. Couldn't afford that so found these on line and thought what's it gonna hurt. So got them and put them in. Had to adjust a few times and seems my feet aren't symmetrical but when got them in proper position so much better. My back nor my feet are hurting like they used to. And as seen in pic put in my older worn out shoes and still amazing difference. Strongly recommend. 😊

These inserts are okay. The adhesive did not stick. It takes time to get used to them, when you can get them to stick and stay in the right spot. I won't purchase these again.

The shape of these was a little too pronounced and felt like a big lump in my shoe. I think they need to be a little wider so that it can be a more gradual rise. Maybe then it wouldn't feel so uncomfortable. I returned mine, would not repurchase them.

manufacturer needs to know what a high arch looks like. this piece is not even touching my arch. forget about the support. I just tried it without adhesion to see how it supports my arch. It didn't at all. I don't recommend this product for a high arch support
