I have had this faucet for 7 months and love it so much. It was fairly easy installation and has help up very nicely in between daily use and routine cleaning. The only negative thing I can say is that the groves on the bottom of the handles are very small, can collect dust, and can be difficult to clean. If the handle inlets in my pedestal sink were a little farther apart, it wouldn't be a problem. There is also a round, decorative piece that could have gone at the base of the faucet that I could not make fit. If you buy it, I'm certain you will love it as much as I do.

Most of us grumble about most everything made in China. Their products either lack quality or take so long to be shipped, that we avoid the frustration and purchase elsewhere. It was in that mind set we decided to take a chance on ordering this faucet set because its beautiful lines and color are exactly what we were looking for at a SIGNIFICANTLY better price than comparable sets made in the USA. Even after ordering, we looked for an American-made backup just in case. We were very pleasantly surprised when the faucet set was delivered very quickly. We are also impressed with the quality of the brass and the workmanship. Even the packaging which includes soft drawstring bags for each separate piece says "excellence". Besides that, everyone who has seen the faucets in our newly renovated half bath raves about the quality and elegance. Someone in China has taken a step to improve relations with this American customer.

I needed to replace my bath and vanity faucets in antique brass finish and had difficulty finding what I liked. I stumbled across this faucet which was reasonably affordable and purchased one. It was delivered as promised. Each piece of the faucet came in a beautiful red felt pouch as if it was jewelery. When it was easily installed It looked so beautiful!!....I ordered a second one. Both faucets reflect my style. Not only look do they look very rich, they also work very well. My only objection was it did not come with the pop-up drain.

Please spare yourself the huge headache that is this faucet.I bought 1 and installed it, and it looked very nice, so I bought a second. They both seemed good for a few weeks, and the the first one started to drip, and then the second one started to drip. Since then, the drip has just gotten worse and worse and these now need to be replaced after less than 2 months.Because they worked for a few weeks, I was outside of the return window. And anyways, returning isn’t that simple - you have to disassemble the plumbing and keep the packaging.Amazon suggested I contact the manufacturer fro product support, but that’s literally impossible - the manufacturer info goes no where, and if you go to the website directly it sends you in circles. There’s no one to contact for product support or replacement parts, and I don’t even know if replacement parts exist. The one email I did get in response said I had to contact Amazon because I bought it there, which led me in circles again.Anyways, this may look nice, but it is not worth the trouble. I bought two and both of them leak and there is no way to get parts or support, even if you are handy. Look elsewhere, this is junk.

All of the bathrooms in my house have this faucet. One of them went out, and I needed a replacement so I'm glad I found this unique item. It's perfect.

Hot water handle valve broke in three months. Also handles rotate no matter how hard you tighten them.

I love the faucet and would recommend it if you are looking for an elegant and good quality faucet. It did not come with a matching sink stopper, however, or the pipes or tubing for the water to run through, make a Home Depot run for those parts.

I installed it last week ( had to do lot of prep work to have it installed ) , and found that cold water tap is not working properly , its closing at the position where it should be opening. At first I thought it is just a matter of unscrewing it and adjust it again,But after a week long struggle , couple trips to home depot, waiting for my plumber friend to come in and prove that I haven't lost my mind yet and can do basic handy jobs, this thing is still NOT working. They actually shipped me 2 hot water stems, I am really disappointed and frustrated.(UPDATE: I also tried at 3 big plumbing stores in my city and they don't have spare stem or cartridge that matches this faucet. )Not only it caused great degree of frustration but also I couldn't and still can't use my master washroom (more than a week now.) I also had to get bigger holes drilled in my granite counter top as hole are bigger as compared to old faucet. I had to buy different faucet connection but I was prepared for all this as I knew that different faucet brand try to do things bit differently. I would not be complaining about all other extra work if they would have shipped me the right stem .But just not happy with the product now, I sent an email to the seller and still waiting for their response, they better send me the right connection right away cause I am just not going to put my old faucet back and deal with bigger holes in my counter top.UPDATE : Right after I posted my review and sent an email to the seller, they contacted me right away. They apologized and issued me a refund, but I was looking for a working faucet not only the refund. I tried to get a right spare part from them by showing the pictures but apparently supplier is in China and they are on Vacation for Spring festival or something and won't be back before 20th Feb, So supplier decided to send me the whole faucet set which is in transit right now and expected date of delivery is on 10th feb. I will update this review once I get the faucet. Hopefully I would be able to use my washroom again. But i must say that supplier turned a very negative and frustrating experience into a positive one, for their efforts and commitment to good service I WILL GIVE THEM 5 STARS.
