Decent beginner, jump 'rope'. I found it very annoying to unravel everytime I pulled it out of my gym bag. Takes a few rotations, all the while tripping me up, for it to open well enough for use. I also had an issue with the plastic 'bearing' binding which was causing the vinyl rope difficulty spinning at the handles. Customer service was 100%. No questions asked, they sent me another one free of charge. Still, the annoyance of having to straighten the vinyl was ultimately so frustrating, I bought one of a different make. That one utilizes a wrapped wire cable. Much better, to my taste, and spins freely w no kinks.

Great jump rope..light & easy to use. I would have rated it 5 stars but lost the adjustment piece the first time I used it.

I'm under 5'2" and have been doing jump rope/boxing workouts for the last 10 years. This jump rope is too short!!!! There is no way to adjust it. I'm short so I cannot believe the jump rope is too short. Terrible. I bought two and what a waste!
