Whilst there’s nothing actually wrong with the item,setting it up is the real problem. It’s simple enough but it just doesn’t seem to be anything but a ball and a pipe. I’m at a loss as to what to do.

I think its a good profuct but I guess im lazy and it took for me too much effort But I can see why it would work. I did tend to have more stamina using it after two weeks..

Description states that this can be used for inspiration and expiration, but the resistance as an expiration device is vastly too low to be on any use. Don't buy if you wish to use an expiration device.

The item had a sticky feeling and a bad taste. I soaked it on mouthwash and now all good. It seems to work. Certainly the problems I have are better when using this item.
