I like this product because it is lightweight and reliable but it just stops working after about one year with regular use. I have had to purchase 4 in the last 4 years without any recompense. When I contacted manufacturer they sent a replacement promptly.

My existing staple gun (3 years old and rarely used) broke on me in the middle of a project. I took it apart to fix it and saw how poorly designed it was. Being unrepairable, I decided to give this Neu Master a try.First impression, it was a lot heavier than the old one. Not heavy, but hefty with a good build quality and ergonomic design. I immediately put it to use using Arrow brand T50s. After adjusting the striking power, the Neu Master did a nice job with zero problems.Two quirks that keep me from giving it 5☆:1. The Arrow brand T50s were 3 staples too long for the carriage. I had to snap them in half, shoot a few staples and then reload the other half.... kind of a nuisance.2. The Neu Master has to be pressed to the workpiece absolutely square. It won't fire unless the head is firmly flush. This makes it a bit less speedy... particularly when stapling overhead.

It was happening about 15-20% of the time and just made for an all together frustrating experience because I was shooting a few hundred in total. When I got to the end of the project I debated keeping it for three days and then returned it because the idea of a tool with that kind of poor reliability was something I simply could not reconcile.

After reading and comparing reviews for different of electric staplers nail guns, I went with this Neu Master NTC0060. Did upholstered 4 chairs relatively easy, no malfunctions, lightweight, and ease of access to spots. But I only do this sort of things on occasions only, for small projects. But considering how products are built disposable now a days, anything that lasts through projects and keeps me from cursing before finishing, is a plus.

This tool is great for light DIY projects like upholstery and small woodworking, but the included nails are too short for baseboards, which was disappointing. It's easy to use, versatile, and affordable, but struggles with thicker materials. Occasionally jams with staples, but otherwise fine for lighter tasks. Ideal for small projects, but not suited for more robust jobs like baseboard installation.

I recently purchased this Brad Nailer to replace my old Black and Decker. I found it to be a great improvement over my old one. It is comfortable to use and lightweight. I replaced a large area of overhead insulation without any hand or arm fatigue. It was powerful enough to install staples without exerted effort to hold against the beams. I like the adjustable pneumatics that allow me to have a lighter touch on softer items without worrying about driving to deep but at the same time the strength to install into harder materials. It is very user friendly for installation of staples and brad nails. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase, replace ore upgrade.

I researched the customer reviews and felt confident in my purchase of this staple gun ...... It arrived and I was happy to see all the reviews were accurate - solidly made but not too heavy for a woman's hand .... etc etc.... I started my project and was 3/4 through .....when the gun stopped working .....ugh .... I referred to the troubleshooting suggestions (on the Amazon page) .....to no avail. Feeling frustrated I emailed the company ...... I received a prompt response ( in less than 10 hours ) and LuLu , the customer service rep, provided suggestions that resulted in me being able to resolve my issue ( which was basically, "operator malfunction" ) ;) I have happily completed my project - and I am taking a moment to recommend this staple gun NTC0060-US by Neu Master !
