Beautiful sculpture for home or office
I gave the 16” horse to my friend who loves all things horse. She was thrilled. It is beautiful displayed anywhere you put it. In fact, I liked it so much, I want one too.

Great for drawing classes and also a great decorative addition

Not the best construction but cheap
If you want this for decor, it is perfect and a wonderful price. If you are an artist, you could do a lot better, and this will annoy you. Also, you'll need a tiny screwdriver to loosen the screws to move the legs into position and then to tighten into place.

Good present for my daughter's 8th birthday
I was a little worried that this would be poor quality but it is very well made. The wood work is ecellent, it has excellent shape and subtle muscle tone, and joints move very well. It holds poses, and has two anchoring nuts to position the horse in running, jumping or eating positions. My daughter took to it with excitement and curiosity. Before getting this she already drew good horses, now she has been using the model horse to get a 3D effect.

Very nicely done and useful for art reference.
Not only is the wood finish attractive, but the articulation is easy and conforms to most arrangements one can think of, neck is perhaps a bit too exaggerated, but overall an excellent tool for art and moreover pleasant on appearance. Very pleased with purchase.

Well packed!Beautiful mannequin!Joint hardware seem well connected and sturdy and will hold whatever pose you put them in.Neck is not posable/bendable for those who wish to know that detail.Wood is smooth and sanded well, no rough or splintery edges.Finish/lacquer is well done, no drips or missed areas.I am very well pleased with this model!

Excellent for all horse movement, best horse drawing helper!
Love this life like treasure. Many positions from trot, canter, gallop, jumping, bucking, standing, neck and head tilts, pawing the ground. Excellent for drawing and fun to pose and set on the mantel. If you love horses, you need one of these.

Wood Horse Is Beautiful, Well Crafted, Useful For Studies.
I've used this wood horse for different scene studies. It's quite maneuverable for different positions. It's decorative too and looks beautiful on my desk.

Quite Lovely
Actually bought this more as a curio than an artist's model. It's very nice: beautifully carved, good quality, well articulated and the product matches the images/description posted. The packaging/presentation is not attractive; if you're planning on gifting I'd suggest you assemble first (very easy) and get a gift bag/box.
