Not to be too graphic, but these pills went all the way through me, undigested. Terrible stomach ache along the way. Smells terrible, was hard enough to swallow to begin with. Not taking anymore

This is a good biotin product but make sure to drink lots of water while using so much biotin because you will break out. My hair is stronger and less falls out in the shower every day. I have very thin and damaged hair so I mourn every strand of hair lost, and the lessening of losing is amazing. The one thing I'm not happy about is the fact that it contains Magnesium Stearate which is solely used to prevent the product from sticking to the machines in the factory. I am still using this product since i received it at a discount for my honest review but I will not be purchasing again. Something made to help the company save on cleaning can't be the best to be putting in your body.

I needed to add biotin to my daily nutritional intake as many days my protein levels were compromised and I know biotin can also be associated with decedent levels. I also didn't want my nails and hair to become thin again so this supplement is perfect. I like the taste of the product and the added 27 minerals and vitamins. I have taken them 2 days in a row so far ( I just received them 2 days ago) and there is no harsh or bitter after taste. I have taken them with meals and on an empty stomach and both have been fine. I was able to take part in a special promotional discount and in exchange I wanted to providemy honest and unbiased opinion.

This ILive herbal skin, hair and nails biotin is great. First it has 3000mcg and added to that are a lot of other vitamins and herbals we need. It has calcium and folic acid, vitamins a,c,d as well as zinc and selenium this as well as several other supplements. I am now taking this as my multi vitamin, as it contains everything my multi did plus biotin which is good for your hair and nails. My hair is not very strong, it gets frizzy and even though I still have a lot of it I think it is thinning. And my nails get very brittle in the cold weather, so this is great all around. I did receive this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opionion.

this stuff is total garbage because it has magnesium stearate in it. That garbage totally destroys this product entirely.

I received my order on time and everything was intact with it not being tampered with.the pills were very easy to swallow, and they do have a small smell but not to much.I do like it that it does have a higher dosage of biotin, anf it does have zinc, and folic acid which I read were important with the growth process. I have noticed that my nails are growing. and please take them with meals cause it can upset your stomach.so I do like this product and will continue to use it. Great product, it has a great combination of herbs and vitamins that are good for skin. The serving size is 3 tablets which may not be the most convenient thing for some people, however for me it is totally fine.
