Central Milling Organic All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 160 OZUSDA Organic

The flour is great but I won’t order it on Amazon again! I ordered the same flour directly from central milling as well as Amazon. Price is pretty equal after factoring in shipping. The big difference is that the flour shipped directly from the company arrived in good condition in a box adequate for the flour bag, while the flour from Amazon arrived in a box that was too big which caused the bag of flour to bust open and it ended up with dirt in it. Basically unusable. It’s not cheap flour and should be handled better by Amazon. I’ve used flour from this company for bread baking previously and very happy with it. I’m a big fan of the convenience of ordering everything in one place but with this item I’ll make the extra effort to order from the company directly from now on.

I make a lot of pancakes, crepes and bake somewhat frequently. I really love the texture of this flour. It has a silkiness to it that proves that it's freshly milled and hasn't been sitting around in some warehouse for ages.

This flour is very good, it has just one minor problem: it does not go thru my sifter. So, I am using it for baking no kneed bread and it works great!

My mother makes great dumplings with it.

The product is great but bag opened in the box. Thankfully most of it stayed in the bag but was quite a mess, at least 2 cups of flour in the box. Consider wrapping bag.

WONDERFUL FLOUR, EVERYTHING COMES OUT GREAT!

Made usual tried and true pizza dough. Difficult to shape. Not the usual pliable dough . Needs extra efforts. Soft wheat? Maybe for banana bread or pancakes? Would not buy again. Good price not the bargain I imagined.
