This ottoman came completely assembled. It has a real leather top and the black metal base contrasts nicely with the leather top. It matches our den furniture very well. This ottoman appears to be well made and reasonably priced.

I was very hesitant about ordering these and not getting something that was quality and looked nice. I was also worried about the color and the texture of the leather, however I was super pleased! These exceeded my expectations! They are so well made, super sturdy, leather is great and color was spot on. In addition, the shipping boxes were so well designed and packaged in order to prevent damage and I was pleased about that as well. I would completely recommend these.

This is a well put together ottoman and the best thing is that it arrives pre-assembled! Unfortunately I returned it because my client preferred a different selection, but this was an excellent choice. The leather is smooth and rich while the color is exactly as pictured.

I really like these ottomans, I have been looking at them for a while... I ordered them in Saddle brown leather and I was happy with the color I received. They were packaged and shipped well. I do have a couple crumpled looking corners but they are still firm and sturdy, so I will get over it. The price was fair for the quality, so I have no complaints. I was debating between 2 of these or a large ottoman for our mid-size sectional, ultimately I went with 2 of these and was happy with my purchase as they are very versatile.

Great looking seat- I’m using it in my apartment entry hall as a seat to put on my shoes. Zero damage and box was protected with corner reinforcements all around. Mine came in deep brown leather as in original Amazon sales photos not deep red as another reviewer mentioned. The leather padded top is stylish and comfortable, with nice stitching. I am not an expert but the leather might be some kind of bonded leather and not full grain, all sewn areas are stitched in to not expose a place where one could see the edge, the leather or pleather is soft and supple and has a super realistic feel and grain if it isn’t full grain - suits me fine, I squeezed a corner seam and gave it a smell to see if that identified it- got neither a plastic smell or a distinct leather smell- not much smell at all- so that was inconclusive too . The steel x frame base supports my 250 lbs fine without a hint of wobble or sag when I sit down quickly with full weight.

I just got this delivered and unwrapped it today. First impressions:This ottoman has the look of the more expensive Potter Barn version, but that's it. While the very matte powder coated frame seems sturdy enough, the so called leather upholstery is of very poor quality, IMHO . If you're looking for a soft, smooth hand and supple feeling leather, this is not it. It has the feel of a cheap paper thin, bonded leather. You can see in photos it creases very easily when pressed down. The seams are also not well sewn together and I expect these to split apart over time. Again, you can see it in one of the photos. The copper brown color has a very nice sheen, with an almost metallic finish, which is odd. Overall this ottoman is not so bad that I would return it. But you get what you pay for.
