Actually plastic
The mention it is made of sponge and terylene but the fact is the patch is made of hard plastic and would be uncomfortable while wearing.For this spending 80 + additional shipping charges is not worth it...

For children upto 5 years old
Product is strictly for children below age 5 years. Elastic band length is small. My 6 year old with an average head size has a hard time fitting this on himself. Needs adult assistance every single time. But good prop nevertheless.
