Very comfy belt for hula hooping. When I first started hula hooping with a weighted hoop I would get bruises all over my sides, I bought one of these and to be honest I wasn't expecting much, I thought I would still have bruises and the hoop would still hurt bought I thought I would give it a go and I'm so glad I did! I no longer have any bruises and I can hula hoop for 45 minutes without a break and still be bruise free!The belt is well made and I haven't noticed any damage to it even though I hula hoop for 45 minutes a day.The belt pulls you all in aswell to keep you as tight as possible and this helps you to spin the hoop better.

I had to make a return as size M would have been like a victorian corset for me (I was hoping to squeeze in...) excellent quality. super fast replacement. size L more fitting for me as a 14/16. I would also use this belt as a support for other exercise. For the price you can't complain. I think it's right for anyone who bruises easily, needs support, or just plain wants to achieve an hour glass figure :0)

A high quality, well made product justifying the higher end price tag. The ridges on the inside of the ring however are a major downer and are still causing pain after regular use and serve no useful purpose that I can see. It is the only problem with this product but sufficient that I would not repeat the order. "

Unfortunately my hulahoop broke after a few uses, have superglued it back together though! And its highly unlikely its a weight issue on my part as i'm only a size 10! Still have great fun with the hula, just have to make sure i've cleared any breakables away incase the glue doesn't hold lol!

This product falls apart. I assembled it easily enough but as soon as I began using it the pieces of this hoola hoop started flying around the room as the joining system doesn't seem fit for purpose.. I returned it to Amazon and ordered the powerhoop instead which is more expensive but much better construction and comes with clear instructions in English.

I had to return the M for the L size as it was too small. Got item exchanged no problem and was delivered the next day. Would fully recommend this item as it does work. No more pain when hooping and you can really feel the heat within a couple of minutes. Happy with product.

It's much easier to use than cheap lightweight hula-hoops, but it was causing soreness and bruising, so I had to stop. I wish I'd bought a lighter-weight one. And because it can't be taken apart and put back in its box, I can't return it. So although it seems good quality, it was a waste of money.

Good hoop for the price, not for a beginner as it is slightly heavier. At first it wouldn't slot together very easily and a part flew across the room when I was using it as other reviewers have mentioned. I slotted it together quite a few times before getting the knack but once it's correct it is very secure. I am happy with this product and would recommend so long as you can put it together right!

Ich würde es etwas größer bestellen, habe L weil ich ein kleines Bäuchlein habe. Passt super. Und es tut auch nicht mehr weh beim Hulern. Hurra! Von der Ausdauer konnte ich immer länger, aber dann tat mir alles weh und so besteht das Schmerz- und blaue Flecken-Problem überhaupt nicht mehr.

Mi è stato regalato da mio marito. Sapeva che cercavo un hulahop per divertimento ma sopratutto per abbinare uno sport. Direi perfetto! Subito mi è sembrato un po’ pesante malgrado fossi già capace a farlo ma mi sbagliavo. Maneggevole e il suo peso è giusto per far lavorare gli addominali. Il tessuto fa aderire bene nel movimento. Direi un buonissimo prodotto rispetto anche al costo. Il fatto che si smonti nel mio caso non mi riguarda perche’ preferisco tenerlo montato sempre per averlo a disposizione in ogni momento per farlo anche solo pochi minuti.

Está genial. Al principio no pude encajar bien las piezas y se me abría todo al girarlo... Después con mano dura lo metimos bien y está súper apretado. No se suelta para nada a pesar de las piezas. Es muy resistente y cansa un montón! Llevo solo dos días con él pero lo recomiendo. Cansa muchísimo! Y se nota el ejercicio.

Hallo,Ich als aboulute Anfängerin habe mir einen Hula Hoop Reifen mit Noppen gekauft und dachte mir, dass ich meinem Körper was gutes damit tuhe, leider bekam ich blaue Flecken und Blutergüsse, da ich noch keinerlei muskelmasse aufgebaut hatte. Nun hab ich mir diesen Gürtel gekauft, er kam grade an und wurde schon ausprobiert! Keine schmerzen mehr beim kreisen :)Bon sehr zufrieden :)Der Gürtel riecht zwar, aber dass finde ich nicht schlimm:)
