This product came quickly, and we love the material is it constructed with. This safety rail is not too large - most I looked at took up a lot of space, even for a spa or hot tub. I gave it 5 stars, although my husband had to actually complete the construction of the mounting bracket, because they didn't finish their job and we couldn't mount it without cutting off some of the extra material that was still on the rail where it mounts into the bracket.

Received this item last week and installed it... A perfect fit...Just what I was looking for... I need a firm handhold to get in or out of my hot tub.I am very disappointed..It's made of PVC (Plastic) and is very flexible...So much so, that I believe it is unsafe to use.It is difficult to rely on it for stability when it bends up to 1/2 inch when holding it for stability.I am debating whether to return it, or simply throw it away...addendum... I am returning the product.!
