Nice light weight laptop but unfortunately had to return as it wouldn't run the program I needed it for

It doesn't have 4 USB ports as stated which is one reason why I ordered this product but otherwise I am very happy with it.

Rubbish chromebook with no sound. Amazon offered to get it fixed. Don't expect a brand new item to need fixing! Had to inconveniently take it to an Amazon returns shop. Not happy ata ll
