First off, excessive supplements in your body get expelled harmlessly through your urine. In hind sight I can see how excessiveness of B vitamins in this formula. However, upon first dosage, within an hour or two I went to use the urinal and was sure that I had ingested some sort of radioactive material, my output almost seemed bioluminescent. I'm actually curious as to what it would look like under a blacklight now that I think about it. Since I take it daily I continuously output a urine that looks almost supernatural. Almost makes me want to not flush so the next person gets look upon what I expel, only to wonder if they need a geiger counter on their person for fear of an unusually large dose of radiation hitting them. Other than that, its been great, slowly i've been feeling better and my blood pressure has become more stable.
