Shipment arrived in three stout cardboard boxes. I had previously studied the online instructions and duplicate set the seller sent ahead of water softener. This way the installation went without a hitch, though I did wait for everything to arrive before shopping for plumbing fittings, always the most difficult thing with doing your own plumbing. Sweated my fittings rather than using shark couplings to save money but those would have worked as well. Used a borrowed blender glass to fill the cylinder; it was someone's perfect idea though the seller did include a funnel as well.Big improvement in the water taste. Pleased with product.
