I was disappointed in this book because there are ingredients in it that I cannot use. It isn't totally grain free as they use buckwheat, rice wrappers etc. Most people who are grain intolerant are also dairy intolerant as it has a similar protein chain, but some of the recipes also use cheese. es. Some brands are not available in New Zealand and they don't give options.

Yummy!
This is a really different book. In this book we can find a great variety of recipes for sandwiches. The most interesting thing which I learned is that the bread isn’t necessary for making sandwiches and this is really good for health! All recipes seem delicious with simple materials and different flavors! Highly recommended!

Prob not much you dont already know. Creative ways to make sandwiches without bread..ie lettuce etc

Great book..... I have dropped bread in my diet. ..a lot of choices makes it easy to be low carb

no idea what many of the ingredients were
Obviously for the American market but it's customary in Europe to have both metric and imperial measures and to name ingredients which would be unfamiliar to readers from the rest of the world. Some nice sounding recipes but have no idea what many of the ingredients were. Collard leaves? Arugla was it? If only I knew what they were or what could be substituted for them I could be well away to making something!
