Okie ... no matter what anyone says ... it's maida ... its not healthy .. blah blah ... the TRUTH is.. Eat in moderation! don't overdo it .. they are good pancakes .. a noo-brainer recipe ... they work so well ... bought the small box and got some nice 9 thick and fluffy pillowy pancakes which is great. So in short it's worth it. I SAY GO FOR IT! DID I MENTION THEY ARE NICE FLUFFY PILLOWY PANCAKES!
