For a direct replacement for whey protein it's very good but if you can tolerate hemp I would say hemp is superior..( omega 3's, iron, magnesium, potassium, fibre,...) In the absence of nutritional information for this powder.

I’m a fan of Sevenhills products, their vegan protein and superfood powders are all organic and consistently great quality. I have to update my original 3-star review for this strawberry flavour as I think the taste issues I originally experienced were actually down to the nut milk I initially used with the protein and I also didn't enjoy the strawberry flavour mixed with just water. I left the protein powder bag aside until reluctantly returning to it recently only to discover there's nothing wrong with the strawberry flavour and it's actually quite good! It turns your milk pink and has a sort of Nesquik milkshake-type flavour, just more subtle and not too sweet. It works really well with banana and red berries or cherries if you're making a protein smoothie.I still don't like the flavour with plain water but the protein does mix easily in any case and isn’t grainy or unpleasant. I also like the simple ingredients list and the fact that it’s lightly sweetened with coconut sugar rather than something like sucrolose. Very reasonably priced too for a clean, organic protein powder. I'm glad I gave it another chance and I'd get this flavour again now.

In short... this tastes horrible. (Chocolate version)Love sevenhills as a company, but this product tastes awful. Mixed into porridge, and it's definitely a required taste. Will next time just mix as a drink and drink it down quick for a protein hit!Vanillia one slightly better, but not by much. Again, will woof down quick as a liquid form to get it over and done with. Play with ratios to perhaps get a right protein/ to taste that's palletable. Not sure I'd buy again mind you.*edit* vanilla one works well when cooked in with homemade rice pudding oddly enough! Also, into porridge, however add it in after cooking the porridge. Tastes better!

Flavour is good when mixed into a yogurt and fruit bowl. Nutritionally appears good to me. Cost is competitive with similar. I prefer organic where possible so chose this

I bought this as it’s vegan and has no artificial sweeteners and was looking forward to receiving it. Tried it and boy was the taste a let down. Vanilla? Can’t taste it at all, in fact I can taste almond/marzipan which I really don’t like. Not a pleasant taste unfortunately. I will have to add it to smoothies.
